We provide professional thermal cutting of steel plates on a 1500 x 3000 mm work table. We offer plasma cutting up to 20 mm and oxy-fuel cutting up to 100 mm, ensuring parts are fully prepared for further processing.
Our steel cutting technologies
We tailor the cutting technology to the material's thickness and specific characteristics. We handle both batch orders and the production of individual components based on drawings or sketches.
Plasma cutting
Fast and precise cutting of sheets up to 20 mm thick. It ensures clean edges and a minimal heat-affected zone, making it ideal for further mechanical processing.
Oxy-fuel cutting
Designed for thick structural steel plates up to 100 mm. It enables the efficient cutting of even the most massive steel components.
Working area 1500 x 3000 mm
The large table size allows for the optimal arrangement of parts, minimization of material waste, and the production of large-scale structural components.
Comprehensive processing at a single facility
We do not limit ourselves solely to sheet metal cutting. Thanks to our machinery and skilled workforce, we provide comprehensive production of finished components—from CAD design and cutting to machining and welding.
From sketch to finished component
We utilize modern CAD software and provide comprehensive engineering support. We accept orders in digital formats (DXF, DWG, STEP), as well as traditional technical drawings, hand-drawn sketches with dimensions, and physical samples for reverse engineering. We handle both unique, custom orders and serial production.
Full post-cutting processing
We can subject the cut parts to further on-site production processes. We offer precision CNC milling and turning, as well as professional welding of steel structures. You receive a ready-made, fully finished component without the need to engage additional subcontractors.
